“Building the human being is our goal. The human being is the foundation of any civilizational progress. Our concern for the human being is fundamental because he is the focus of all real and continuous progress. No matter how many buildings, facilities, schools, and hospitals we construct, and no matter how many bridges we extend and how many achievements we accomplish, all of that remains a material entity without a soul and incapable of continuing. Executive Authority

Our Executive Leadership The Executive Management Team of Human for Human Organization (H4H) provides institutional leadership and oversees the implementation of the organization’s strategies and programs to ensure sustainable results that address the needs of the communities we serve. The team brings together experienced leaders and professionals specializing in management, humanitarian and development programming, partnerships, monitoring, evaluation, and organizational operations. It works in accordance with the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability while maintaining high standards of performance and the efficient use of resources.
